A warrior’s woman by Amelia R. Murray is a great take on the classic story of two people who don’t believe in true love anymore until they meet. The novel is fast paced with no wasted space in character or plot development, and has some memorable dialogue with a couple steamy romance scenes interspersed. I’d say I would recommend it but I already have!

I just finished reading “A Warrior’s Woman” and thoroughly enjoyed it! I was immediately drawn to the characters-something I look for in a good book. They were likeable and relatable and it didn’t take long for me to be drawn into their story. I found myself laughing out loud a couple of times at the banter between the main characters! Very clever dialogue. The storyline had its share of twists and turns and I think that anyone with a military boyfriend/husband will particularly appreciate the credence given to the sacrifices that military families make. It’s a terrific relationship/love story with elements that any one with a past, looking for a future, can appreciate. A sequel, Ms. Murray?
ER nurse Lauren Carson is sick of men and wants nothing more than to return to her regularly scheduled life of junk food, television, sleep, and work. Sergeant Anthony Miles is used to life-threatening situations. But the latest threat to his life isn’t a unit of enemy soldiers. No, she’s far more dangerous. Can Lauren and Anthony get beyond the scars of their pasts to create a new future together?
