Toys, Sex, and Other Ways to Spice Up Life
I’ve always enjoyed ménage romance as it opens up the possibilities of sharing love with more than one person. In this erotic romantic comedy, the main character, Max Harder, wrestles with the idea of sharing the love of his life with another man. The idea of two men mature enough to discuss their feelings for the same woman was an idea I wanted to explore as an author.
As a reader, what do you enjoy about ménage romance? What are your favorite ménage romance books?
Here’s an excerpt from my newest ménage romance:
When he and Callie admitted their love for each other, no panic—only profound joy. The panic set in when she began to pull back from him and he viewed Tom as competition.
When Callie had broken it off with Max, he’d gone to talk to Tom, needing to know if he’d interfered in their relationship. What he’d discovered was that Callie had broken off communications with both of them. Tom admitted he loved Callie and didn’t know why she’d run from them both. Neither man knew the right time to discuss their feelings for her with her. They’d both agreed Max should be the one to talk to her first, since they’d shared a romantic relationship. Tom would never do anything to get in the way of Callie’s happiness, and Max respected him for that. While he didn’t want to get in the way of her happiness either, he didn’t relish the thought of losing out to Tom. He wondered if Callie would consider a relationship with them both. It wasn’t something he’d ever considered before, but in his heart he knew he didn’t want to make her choose—the choice had to be hers.
