New Reviews for Changeling Press: December 2018
Congratulations to the Changelings for their great reviews!
Bull (Dixie Reapers MC 4) by Harley Wylde
“I really enjoyed seeing Bull get his happily ever after… I also loved seeing him with Darian. Darian expects very little from others so I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the care Bull had for her. I loved seeing her innocence and joy with each new experience. This story by Ms. Wylde is a joy to read. I love the sense of family she has conveyed throughout this series. And I can’t wait to see where she will take us next.”

Preacher (Dixie Reapers MC 5) by Harley Wylde
“I love that Kayla’s kind heart did more for Preacher than even he knew. I loved that Ms. Wylde made this character someone who could give solace even as she knew it would go no further…or could it? I loved meeting Preacher and Kayla. Their beginning may have started with pain but I love how they still found a way. I thoroughly enjoyed this addition to this series and look forward to Ms. Wylde returning to this world she has created.”

Hoosier Werewolves (Box Set) by Kate Steele
“It’s not easy for any of the men in these books, they all have issues of some description to deal with but with the help, love and support of their respective mates they do overcome them. I recommend that you get a copy for yourself to delve into the world of the Hoosier Werewolves!!”

Rena and the Alien Warrior (Intergalactic Brides 16) by Jessica Coulter Smith
“Rena’s story is a sweet romance. She is a strong woman to have survived all the abuse that she has since she was taken as a slave. When Ryx enters her life, everything changes. I enjoyed watching their relationship grow and blossom as their adventure went on. I loved the tenderness that Beren feels and shows Rena. The two make a nice couple and it was nice to see two people survive and find happiness in their future.”
— Gabrielle, Love Romances & More
“I love this series for its exploration of the not-so-perfect hero and heroine, whose physical deformities affect but do not define them, and allow them the pursuit of love, happiness, and a hopeful future. Equally enjoyable is the gentle but steadily growing attraction between Beren and Rena, their progression from strangers to lovers happening in a sweet and natural way, yet leading to Nova-magnitude hot sex–several times! If you’re looking for alien encounters of the sexy kind’, this book will definitely get your ticket on the rocket to interspecies intimacy punched and validated!”

A Pack of His Own (Duet) Vol. 1 by Emily Carrington
“In my humble opinion, this author has taken the standard, staid, stale, some old same old shifter/paranormal genre storyline, and turned it into a fantastic, engaging, poignant, awesome, vivid, complex, fascinating, intense, interesting, intriguing, and totally awesome book that I will be rereading over and over again. I would definitely recommend one-clicking this ASAP!”

Lightning Girl (Solar Flare 4) by Elizabeth Jewell
“Triss is a very special kind of vampire, truly genderfluid while presenting mostly as male, and the story of what exactly he is and how long he has lived had me on the edge of my seat with curiosity. Fantastic worldbuilding! If you like stories about very unusual characters in challenging situations, if you want to find out how a man and an ancient vampire fall in love, and if you’re looking for a read that is suspenseful, emotional, and full of surprises, then you will probably like this novella.”

Affairs of Dragons by Lena Austin
“I seem to have discovered a kink for characters who can half shift into their dragon form, allowing for very flexible tails to come into play. The plot was attention grabbing, and I was extremely impressed that the author satisfied my need for a complete story in only seventy-five pages.”
— 4 Stars from Donna, Love Bytes Reviews
“Patch is a very civilized black dragon who loves solitude, a cup of tea, and reading. The sacrifices he has been sent over the years are always good company before he sends them off to freedom, but there is something different about Jo… If you like dragon shifters of the unusual kind, if you want to see how a poor human finds his unexpected destiny, and if you’re looking for an entertaining read that successfully mixed humor with intrigue and suspense, then you will probably like this novella.”

“Emotions are strong, and their romance is sweet and hot. Evil and lies are uncovered and Jon must decide where and what he wants. Their story may be a quick read, but it still pulls readers in and opens this world for so much more. I am eager to see what more this author has in store for this world.”

Don’t Let Go (Darkest Desires 1) by Lynn Burke
“This is a raw, stunningly sexy read. I was drawn into the sizzling chemistry between Troy and his Mistress with every swish of the crop, rattle of the chain, and gasp of breath. Lynn Burke’s writing takes you into the story to experience all the feels first hand. A treat for the five senses, damn!”
— 5 Stars from Kelly, Amuse Me Books
Don’t Give In (Darkest Desires 2) by Lynn Burke
“Don’t Give In is the kind of story that hits all the levels of entertainment. Who would guess you would literally fall into your soul-mate on a subway? Stacey and Devon had no idea, either. A sexy, risky as hell read that takes the reader outside the “vanilla” realm and into more dangerous toppings.”

Their Grizzly Hero (Bureau of Paranormal Affairs 3) by Dulce Dennison
“This series about an alphabet agency that handles paranormal affairs and the agents who work there has definitely kept me entertained… Decker, Holt, and Bastian are rather amazing to watch especially the intense feelings the mating brings about in all three of them. I really liked how they formed their family and the ending was lovely.”
— Christy Duke, Rainbow Book Reviews
“…a fast paced read that grabbed me right from the start. Each man has a different personality and we see how each man reacts differently to the others. The personalities of the three men are distinct and I enjoyed the story; there was a nice balance to the romance and to the action.”
— Gabrielle, Love Romances & More
“I found this to be a fun and interesting ménage story. I was particularly pleased that while the romance aspect between Holt, Decker and Bastian is strong, the plot was more than just a token effort. The ring of criminals stealing shifters for various programs – breeding, entertainment, fighting etc – was intricate and very well thought out to my mind. Most of the first half of the book is centered around the criminal plot, with the bulk of the last half focusing on the ménage that grows between Decker, Holt and Bastian. Personally I felt that both aspects of the story were given a good amount of time and I was satisfied with the balance of the story.”
