Better Late Than Never
So very sorry to be MIA here. Monsoon season has kicked in with a vengeance to southern AZ and NM with some wild weather. A transmission tower was hit by lightning–we think–so we lost internet and phone for some time. It’s back tonight so I will pop in while I can.
Most of you know that Deirdre O’Dare writes explicit gay romances and some of you have read some of them. This summer I have had several re-releases of older stories that were with a publisher which closed; they have all been edited again, a few changed a bit and most with new covers. I’ll show some of the covers in another post and at least blurbs of all the recent stories, most of which are novella length. There are also two collections now from Loose Id, each featuring two of my older Canine Cupids stories and one brand new one. These are larger books, three tales of from 15-20,000 words in one bunch. JMS Books has been bringing out a lot of reissued stories, both those that came out long enough ago to be almost ‘new’ to many readers and others that came out close to the closing and thus many did not get a chance to read them.
At any rate, I will give away a free e-book as all the featured authors are doing–that or equivalent prizes–and will try to select one person from any comments, realizing I am late in the game here, if anyone makes one!
A quick question: for you LGBT readers, do you prefer gay, lesbian, transgender or what type of characters? Do you like just two or menage or multiple groups? What era or subgenre–suspense, historical, paranormal? I write what my muse shoves under my nose but it helps to know what readers really like!

To answer your questions i prefer gay romance and mostly m/m i’m not a big fan of menage/multiple partners. I love to read contemporary but i also like to read historical m/m. I also love to read about characters with (some kind of) disability.

Sorry to have missed your posts yesterday AZGaye! As for your questions, I tend to read MM books, sometime ménage… I enjoy all eras in my reading of romance!

I tend to prefer m/m stories. Stay safe in your crazy weather…I guess should stop complaining about my triple digit temps!
